Deberah Sutter sautéed her way from San Francisco to New York pioneering
for organics, local, sustainable agriculture and “farm to table”
distribution of healthful, attractive foods. “We all need to eat,”
Ms. Sutter says in her typical life affirming Zen simplicity, “and
by harvesting healthy food from healthy land around us, we’ll all
lead healthier lives.” In a career as what she calls “a turn-around
specialist,” Deberah prides herself in helping food markets grow.
Following high profile chapters in CA & NY with restaurant ownership, a nonprofit Edible Education Program startup and
catering to fussy eaters like celebrities Bono, Susan Sarandon, Billy
Baldwin, Martha Stewart and Clive Davis, the beach community offers
a refreshing opportunity to continue writing new chapters for “foodies”
who want easy, sensible and enjoyable meals.
Formerly a health administrator,
Lois Pellegrino an Italian who loves to eat, boasts an affinity to
“feeding the senses” through a holistic
approach with food and physical activity. Running around a lot to
grow this start up business, she’s helping Deberah spread the good
word about organics & natural living.
As Chef and cohorts in health promotion, Deberah and Lois met in New York where they partnered in the development of therapeutic, educational and nutrition programs at an award winning Intergenerational Day Care Canter serving 250 children, seniors and their families. Together with local farmers and business owners, they garnered much support and praise for showcasing great products & recipes with a natural flair! At Edible Art Foods, they are committed to carrying on the tradition of learning and personal enjoyment through on & off premises cooking classes and demos, catering, community outreach and product development that you, cherished customers, want. Chef Deberah has introduced her exclusive prepared Foods to Go featuring signature organic soups, salads, wraps, dressings and a gluten free line of products.
